How can a big brand create a boutique experience? What gives a national chain, local charm? We’ve been working with Hotel Indigo to develop the identity for two of their new hotels – one in Bath, the other in Stratford-upon-Avon. Both paired historic features with contemporary luxury. And, crucially, both needed to have an authentic, neighbourhood feel while still following the strict group guidelines.

We used pared-back design and cool, contemporary photography to bring the hotels – and their neighbourhoods – to life.

“Mytton Williams understood our issues and ambitions perfectly. They captured a look and feel that sits within the strict guidelines of IHG while wholly reflecting our local offering. Despite the inevitable large number of stakeholders involved the process was handled smoothly, without fuss and with everyone on board at every stage. We’re absolutely delighted with the results and couldn’t recommend them highly enough”
