The PM Forum provides insights and inspiration for everyone involved in the fast-developing field of professional services marketing. Our research and interviews informed the brand narrative, and the brand development work distilled a set of core messages that were consistently used across all platforms to reinforce the benefits of membership. One of their key marketing tools is their monthly magazine, first published in 1993, which we reinvigorated with a complete overhaul of the design format. This included a unique creative approach to each front cover, with an ongoing series of thought-provoking and contemporary visual interpretations of the key topic for each edition. The work has received consistently good feedback and helped maintain membership renewals.
