Lotus Ultrasonic Scalpels are the most efficient in the world, but the messaging had lost this headline entirely and the branding did not match the precision quality of the product or the ambitions of the company. A clear brand narrative emerged from our research that became the key to making sure that the LOTUS brand message was consistent across all areas of marketing. Part of the challenge was to clearly communicate the differences and benefits of the technology in a way that made it easy to understand. What we created didn’t just elevate the products in terms of marketing and comprehensive sales support materials for the network of global reps, it stood out from all the other white boxes that sit on the shelves of hospital supply rooms – ensuring that the correct scalpel from the range was easy to request and retrieve without error.
